§ Mr. John LeeThe implications for the biennial SBAC air shows have been taken fully into account throughout the development of proposals for a civil enclave at the Royal Aircraft Establishment, Farnborough. Discussions have been held with the SBAC on many occasions during this period by both Ministers and officials.
