§ Mr. WaldegraveAs my right hon. Friend told the House on 22 July, it is not yet possible to give details about the rate support grant payable in 1987–88 to an individual authority; and it is of course open to those authorities which my right hon. Friend has selected for rate limitation for 1987–88 to apply for a retermination of their expenditure levels which he announced in his statement.
