§ Mr. Gouldasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether he will bring up to date the information on actual and assumed productivity growth in the United Kingdom given in the reply to the hon. Member for Great Grimsby (Mr. Mitchell) on 3 July 1980, Official Report, columns 634–36, concerning the International Monetary Fund index of relative export prices;
(2) whether he will bring up to date his rough estimate of the difference between growth of potential output and actual output between the two most recent cyclical peaks on a comparable basis as that given in the reply to the hon. Member for Great Grimsby (Mr. Mitchell) on 22 July 1980, Official Report, column 146, concerning the International Monetary Fund index of relative normal unit labour costs.
