§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsIt is planned that some 22,400 community programme places will be filled by Wales by the end of the year. The Welsh Office is involved in national initiatives to promote the widest possible use of the community programme in areas such as crime prevention, energy conservation and environmental and countryside improvement.
