asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they will publish their response to the Eleventh Report of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution, entitled Managing Waste: the Duty of Care.

The Government's response will be published on 15th September. In the meantime, I have arranged for typescript copies of the response to be placed in the Library.
