I refer the noble Baroness to the Answer I gave to the noble Earl, Lord Cranbrook, on 1lth March [Official Report, 11/3/86: col. 618]. It remains the Government's firm intention to set up a new statutory authority for the Broads area at the earliest practicable opportunity.
