asked the Secretary of State for Transport if, pursuant to the answer of 18 July, Official Report, column 657, he will now list the undertakings given by his Department specifically to the hon. Member for Windsor and Maidenhead since July 1981 regarding the Government's policy towards a fifth terminal at Heathrow airport; and if he will make a statement.

On 23 July 1981 my hon. Friend received an answer from the then Under-Secretary of State for Trade about a fifth terminal at Heathrow. The Government's policy remains that cited in my answer of 18 July 1986.
