§ Mr. EggarA total of £3,685,000 remains to be spent from the £28 million aid grant agreed between the Government and the Government of Gibraltar in July 1983 and from the £2.4 million additional grant which the Government offered this year as its final contribution to the conversion of Gibraltar's naval dockyard into a commercial company, Gibraltar Shiprepair Ltd., owned by the Gibraltar Government.
