§ Mr. HowardThis company re-registered with unlimited liability on 1 April 1982 and, as a result was not required to file accounts with the Registrar of Companies from that date. At the time of re-registration, filing of accounts was up-to-date. The current directors are shown on the public file as Alan Barry Kiley and K. T. Secretaries Ltd. The Registrar will strike the company off the register on 29 July 1986, because, on the basis of information supplied by the company, he has reason to believe that it is no longer in business or operation.
