§ Mr. Sheermanasked the Paymaster General how much money the Manpower Services Commission has made available in 1985–86 for training on the community programme scheme, over and above that taken from operating costs and wages: and what sums are being made available for training on these programmes in 1986–87 which are over and above those allowed for operating costs and wages.
§ Mr. LangIn 1985–86 £3.8 million was made available for training participants on the community programme over and above that available for operating costs and wages. The figure for 1986–87 is £5.7 million.
