§ Mr. HayhoeA total of £534 million revenue expenditure was made available to Mersey regional health authority for the year 1986–87, which is an increase of 6 per cent. over its 1985–86 funding. The allocation of resources to St. Helens and Knowsley health authority is determined by the region. The hon. Member may therefore wish to contact the regional chairman for the information he seeks.
