§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he intends to publish annual reports of the committees to monitor the operation of the new voluntary agreement with the tobacco industry regarding cigarette advertising and health warnings.
§ Mr. WhitneyThe terms of the voluntary agreement provide that the chairman's annual report may be published at the discretion of Ministers and after consultation with the Tobacco Advisory Council and the Imported Tobacco Products Advisory Council. Accordingly, we shall consider publication when the first report becomes available next year.
