§ Mr. Giles ShawThe Commissioner informs me that tourist coaches stop on the west side of Westminster bridge to enable passengers to alight and photograph the Houses of Parliament. No bus lane operates here, and the waiting 237W restrictions contain exemptions for coaches setting down or picking up passengers. The police take enforcement action where the waiting restrictions are contravened.
