§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the total urban programme for the financial years 1978–79 to 1986–87 (estimated); and if he will list the outturn urban programme grants paid to each partnership, programme and designated authority and the estimated figure for 1986–87, comparing for each authority the level of funding in each year with (a) housing subsidy receivable and (b) block grant.
