(2) if anyone has been made amenable for the murder claimed to have been committed by the Irish Republican Army of William Hutchinson in South Tyrone on 23 August 1974; and if he will give details;

(3) if anyone has been made amenable for the murder claimed to have been committed by the Irish Republican Army of Mary Bingham in South Tyrone on 7 September 1974; and if he will give details;
