Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will arrange for the flag of Northern Ireland to be flown alongside the flags of Wales, Scotland and England on public buildings in Whitehall for future state visits to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and on other suitable state occasions.
