§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have had no discussions about the future of the national dock labour scheme. It has been made clear—most recently by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in reply to a question from the hon. Member for Liverpool, Riverside (Mr. Parry) on 22 April at column 121—that we were not proposing to change the national dock labour scheme.
