§ Mr. HayhoeA consultation document setting out our proposals for changes in the arrangements for the investigation of complaints about the family practitioner services in England and Wales will be published shortly and copies placed in the Library. These proposals will develop and expand those outlined in the Government's discussion document "Primary Health Care: An Agenda For Discussion" (Cmnd. 9771) which was published in April.
