§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many complaints he has received about cigarette advertising alleged to be in breach of his last voluntary agreement with the tobacco industry; and what were the results of his investigations of these complaints.
§ Mr. WhitneyOne hundred and sixty seven complaints were received during the course of the agreement. In 11 cases the agreement was found to have been contravened and corrective action was taken in respect of these.
