§ Mr. WaldegraveI refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the then Secretary of State to the Member for Mid-Norfolk (Mr. Ryder) on 7 March in column 288. It remains our firm intention to introduce a Bill to set up a new statutory authority for the Broads area at the earliest practicable opportunity.
