§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will set out (a) gross and (b) net of charges expenditure, current and capital, on the National Health Service and personal social services for each year from 1971 to 1986–87 for Scotland for (a) hospital and community health services, (b) family practitioner committees and their predecessors, (c) centrally funded National Health Service services, and (d) personal social services, with the percentage increase deflated by (i) gross domestic product, (ii) retail prices index and (iii) pay and prices.
