Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what assessment he has made of the extent to which the proposal in planning application X/388/86 in respect of the development of 57 apartments at Mount Royal, Donaghadee, is consistent with the North Down area plan to which it relates.
