§ Mr. Whitney[pursuant to his reply, 30 June 1986, c. 427]: For the years 1981–82 to 1984–85, I refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend's reply to him on 14 February 1986, at column 596. Information on savings achieved in 1985–86 is not yet available for all regions, but we anticipate that regions collectively will have achieved 109W their agreed target of releasing £120 million cash together with significant increases in activity within existing resources.
