§ The Prime MinisterThe purpose of my official visits overseas has been primarily to take part in multilateral and bilateral meetings including those of the European Community, the annual economic summits, and Commonwealth Heads of Government. I have also had the pleasure of taking up a number of invitations I have received to pay official visits to overseas countries.
