§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whom the Foreign Secretary intends to see on his forthcoming visits to South Africa; who has indicated that they will refuse to see him; and if there has been any change in the proposals that will be made by the Foreign Secretary to the South African Government as a result of his recent visit to Zambia and Zimbabwe.
