Mr. Proctor

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many Royal Ulster Constabulary officers of rank below superintendent have been disciplined or had disciplinary proceedings begun against them in the years 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985, resulting from incidents when hon. Members have gained access to Royal Ulster Constabulary stations, at which those officers were stationed, without those hon. Members having gained the permission of the Chief Constable; and if he will make a statement;

(2) how many Royal Ulster Constabulary officers of rank superintendent or above have been disciplined, or had disciplinary proceedings begun against them in the years 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986 to date resulting from incidents when hon. Members have gained access to Royal Ulster Constabulary stations under their command without those hon. Members having gained the permission of the Chief Constable; and if he will make a statement.
