§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMy Department gives a grant in aid to the Manpower Services Commission to carry out its functions; contributions are also made by the industry department for Scotland and the Welsh Office in respect of the proportion of costs specifically identified with services in Scotland and Wales.
