§ Dr. MawhinneyFull-time mainstream staff requirements are determined on the basis of the number of students at the college, the need for specialist teachers arising from the curriculum and in light of available resources.
Full-time youth training programme staff requirements are determined by the number of students enrolled on courses, the need for specialist teachers arising from the curriculum, the amount of day-release provision required by other providers and in light of available resources.
