§ Mr. DunnI assume the hon. Member is referring to section 39(2)(c) and section 55 of the Education Act 1944. The Government are not satisfied with the present law on home to school transport. We do not consider that there is an agreed basis on which the law could be amended, but we are continuing to study the situation.
