§ Mr. Kennedyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total acreage within the Highland region over which there is some form of presumption in favour of conservation; if he will give a breakdown of the type and acreage of respective conservation classification relevant within this total; and if he will express the total as a percentage of the total acreage within the Highland region.
