§ Mr. RifkindHer Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland has submitted his report to me. I have today placed copies of the report in the Library, of the House together with my response to the recommendation he has made; and I am sending a copy to the Chairman of the Select Committee on Scottish Affairs; to the chairman of the Scottish all-party penal affairs group and to other interested bodies. Copies may also be purchased from the Scottish Home and Health Department.
