§ Mr. Walden[pursuant to his reply, 9 July 1986, c. 178]: The allocation of funds to the Welsh Plant Breeding Station is the responsibility of the Agricultural and Food Research Council. I understand that the budget for 1987–88 is currently under discussion; detailed plans for later years have yet to be formulated.
