Enoch Powellasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will he will publish a table showing, for the Session 1984–85, in respect of Orders in Council made under section 1(1) of the Northern Ireland Act the time spent on each (a) on the Floor of the House, (b) in Statutory Instruments Committee or (c) in the Northern Ireland Committee, indicating those orders which substantially applied to Northern Ireland legislation already in force in Great Britain or in England and Wales.
