§ Mr. Hanleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has now received a full report from the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission following the identification of weaknesses in some of its financial control procedures.
§ Mr. Tracey[pursuant to the reply, 25 March 1986, c. 426]: This report has now been received and copies are available in the Library. In addition, I am also making available to the House copies of the report made by the commission's external auditors to which I also referred. These reports show that a detailed analysis has been made of the weaknesses and appropriate corrective action has been initiated.
