§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Town and Country Planning (Agricultural and Forestry Development in National Parks etc.) Special Development Order 1986 has been laid before the House today. My Department, in conjunction with the Welsh Office, has also published for comment the draft of a circular to cover the new order: a copy has been placed in the Library. We propose to bring the new order into force on 1 November.
