§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the Prime Minister's reply, Official Report, 12 June, column 287, relating to agreements between the member states meeting within the Council of the European Coal and Steel Community, on what dates in each of the years from 1978 to 1981 the agreements to provide supplementary finance for the European Coal and Steel Community were concluded; and on what dates and in what form parliamentary approval for the United Kingdom's contribution to such provisions was authorised.
