§ Mr. Michael Spicer[pursuant to the reply, 11 July 1986]: The Government remain committed to encouraging the increased use of regional airports. Our liberal air services arrangements with Belgium allow duly authorised airlines of both countries to serve any point in the United Kingdom from any point in Belgium, and vice versa, and to provide whatever level of capacity they consider suitable.
