§ Mr. David MitchellThe capital allocation for the West Midlands passenger transport authority for 1986–87 is £6.475 million. Allocations in respect of 1987–88 and 1988–89 have not yet been made.
As to current expenditure, I refer the hon. Lady to my reply given on 20 June to my hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Withington (Mr. Silvester) at column 666. Expenditure levels for passenger transport authorities for 1987–88 will be determined and announced later this month.
