§ Mr. Gummer[pursuant to his reply, 10 July 1986]: Stilton cheese is not separately classified in United Kingdom trade statistics, but is included in to "blue veined cheese" category. There are, however, few exports of other "blue veined" varities so the figures in the following table are a reasonable guide to the position on Stilton.
