§ Mr. HayhoeThe Health Service Commissioner has, as in previous years, made a single report on the performance of his functions in England, Scotland and Wales. My right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Social Services and for Wales, and my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland have laid the report before the House today. It will be published tomorrow (HC 481) and copies will be available from the Vote Office.
