§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what consultations he had with the governors of the Commonwealth Institute or with governors of the Commonwealth prior to his appointment of a review team in respect of his 1984 financial management initiative.
§ Mr. EggarThe Executive Committee of the Governors of the Commonwealth Institute was informed on 21 November 1984 of the Government's intention to review the institute. The review team was appointed on 25 March 1986. During the interim, the Executive Committee was kept fully informed.
