§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department which estates in London have been targeted by (a) the central drugs intelligence unit in the course of drug abuse investigation and (b) the area intelligence and surveillance unit.
§ Mr. Giles ShawI understand from the Commissioner that there is no such targeting. The activity of his officers is directed against individuals or groups of individuals whom the police have reason to believe are involved in drugs offences.
