§ Mr. ButcherNo. I understand, however, that the Director General of Telecommunications is pressing BT for progress in this area, although it cannot be fully achieved until BT has all the necessary technology in place. My hon. Friend may be aware that Mercury Comunications Ltd. has already announced that it is able to offer this service to its customers.
