Member for Tottenham of 3 July, he will state for each London borough the estimate of council house starts for 1986–87 supplied as part of those borough's applications for funding under the housing investment programme.
§ Sir George YoungThe London boroughs' estimates, under their proposed programmes, of new building starts in 1986–87 of dwellings to rent for the elderly and disabled and of other dwellings to rent and of dwellings to be built for sale appear in columns B11 A4 (page 5.14) and B11 B440W (page 5.15) and C8 A5 (page 5.11), respectively, of the "1985 HIP2 all item print".
