§ Mr. Wheelerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will ask the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis for a report of the circumstances which obliged the traffic police to close Chelsea embankment, Grosvenor road, Nine Elms lane and other adjacent public roads during the afternoon of Saturday 28 June.
§ Mr. Giles ShawI understand from the commissioner that these streets were closed in order to assist in the policing of a march organised by the Anti-Apartheid Movement.
