HL Deb 03 July 1986 vol 477 c1148WA
Baroness Nicol

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they can reassure the people of Falmouth and St Mawes that resiting of the raw sewage outfall at Middle Point Falmouth will improve on, or at least equal, the present conditions.

The Minister of State, Department of the Environ-ment (Lord Elton)

Yes. The water quality at Falmouth and St Mawes is good. If the outfall at Middle Point needs to be resited, the water authority expect that the quality will be at least maintained.
