§ The Prime MinisterThe Government attach high priority to reducing the incidence of drinking and driving. I believe that current ministerial arrangements are generally satisfactory for this purpose. However, one of our objectives in establishing the review of road safety policy, now nearing completion, was to consider whether any organisational changes might facilitate progress in road safety generally or in any particular aspects of it.
