§ Mr. Corbettasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will compensate those community groups who responded to the Government's invitation to bid for 21 experimental community radio licences for the full costs of the preparation of the submission of application, now that the experiment has been cancelled.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThe guidance notes sent to prospective applicants made clear that they were not expected to incur the cost of elaborate applications. Nevertheless, I will consider the issues raised by the hon. Member, and respond more fully in due course.
