§ Mr. MooreThe accident to the Boeing 737 at Manchester airport on 22 August 1985 is the subject of an inspector's investigation by the accidents investigation branch of my Department. The Chief Inspector of Accidents anticipates submitting his report to Ministers at the end of the year. This accident is an extremely complex one and it would be improper of me to try to anticipate the findings of the inspector's report.
