§ Mr. Batisteasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to introduce into English law the provisions in section 3 of the Trespass (Scotland) Act 1865, making it an offence to encamp on private property without the consent and permission of the owner or legal occupier of such premises.
